What I don't like even more than BG, though, are all the homophobes who mouth off about him these days like he's the living embodiment of the entire English population. I.e. "All Enlish people are gay, just look at Boy George". While I'm sure you all know that statement doesn't hold up, nobody else has ever said to me recently "All (any other nationality) are gay because of ( )."

Is it to do with the fact that England is so homoerotic it's easy to mouth a cock off without hurting it? Or is it some misguided self-discipline technique? After all, I live in smalltown Lancashire, and these people who've spoken to me are skater types who if it wasn't for homoerotic popular culture like Graham Norton they'd still be dressing like Paul Gascoigne...
