Having only started my job 3 weeks ago, I've discovered 3 of my colleagues like to smoke in the office. It's only a wee place and only two of us are in there at a time but there's no ventilation and I fucking hate smokers and their filthy smoke. Given that one is my manager who the fuck is responsible for ensuring no one smokes in the work place?

I started to get a bit of a sore throat today but how do I go about telling my boss to fuck off outside with her filthy cigarettes? clearly it doesn't bother them that i'm a non-smoker and a the new guy (and only guy) in the workplace I feel a bit awkward bringing it up.

Anyone been in a similar situation?
