What news have you had today about something that isn't happening that's made you happy even though technically it's less "news" than "things are staying as they are"?

On a related note I once went to a hospital for some tests and got a letter a few weeks later to say I didn't have cancer. Which was nice of course but no-one was looking for cancer in the first place...
