sunburnt their feet and ankles and that their feet and ankles have swollen so badly that they resembled clown shoes?

It's not so much the sunburn that hurts, more the swelling around my ankle and the sharp, shooting pains which I have.

Any advice plz. I don't need no sympathy.

p.s. More painful than childbirth.
