Can you explain women to me?

I don't want any allowances for individuality or this bizarre modern theory that women are people too and have their own personalities that make them distinct to each other and thus cannot be summed up in a simple sentence, just a simple concise explanation that helps me to understand the entire of womankind.

I'm going to bed soon but will look forward to tomorrow morning when I'm sure I'll read a nice straightforward answer that'll guide me for the rest of my life.
