I do like being cunts when big companies fuck up.

Sky were supposed to deliver my new router to work but instead have delivered it to my house, and I'm not home, nor will be when the post office is open until Saturday. When I called them they said its not policy to deliver to work addresses, lying cunts. Imagine 5 whole days without the internet (not strictly true, I have been stealing it off the neighbours for the last week or so), I gave them an earful, "Do you lie to all your customers?" "I'm losing money as I use the internet for work?" "If I messed up you'd very quickly disconnect me, why should I be any different to you?"

It made me feel big, last time I did this, with my mobile I got high price line rental for the whole contract, fingers crossed for a similar result haha.
