I watched this movie last night on DVD. I'd been looking forward to it for quite a while as it had recieved glowing reviews when it was released in the cinemas last (?) year. What a let down! ' High-octane action...a gripping thriller' promised the blurb on the back of the case - bollocks! What i watched, was a predictable, pedestrian excitemen-free 'mystery-thriller' with a conclusion straight out of Columbo or Midsummer Murders. Im certainly not trashing foreign cinema, but in this case i think the 'critics' have lapped this tripe up simply because it is in french with subtitles. Had it come from either these shores or the states, it would have been all but spat on. Dont waste your money.
