in an ambulance. I had a huge panic attack that lasted nearly two hours. Steve ended up having to phone an ambulance where i was taken to a hospital in the middle of what was once the biggest council estate in europe and left in a waiting room full of people still unable to breathe properly. When we did see a doctor he wasn't much help, kind of shouted at me to breath for a while and made Steve hold a paper bag to my mouth. We then had to walk home through said massive council estate to get to the nearest bus stop.

So... when was the last time you were taken into hospital and was it for something as wussy as me?
