Music Social More…

'Ourselves', 'Yourself' and 'Myself'

Alex-in-Ciderland [Edit] [Delete] 10:59, 25 July '08

Is anyone else unfortunate enough to work or to have had the experience of working in an environment where the erroneous usage of these words in conversation ran rampant?

Example 1: 'The problems is that at some point between us and YOURSELVES the message isn't getting delivered'

Example 2: 'He had a conversation with MYSELF about that a few days ago'

Example 3: 'Obviously, if there's anything OURSELVES can do to help, we will'

No, no, no.
