I woke up early this morning and I had a shooting pain right through my left arm. I was in full sleep state so I just rolled over and went back to sleep. I didn't think anything of it until earlier when Ihad to type an email and my wrist is now really throbbing. The pain is maily in my wrist. Not sure if it's muscle or if I've done something worse.
Has anyone ever done serious injury whilst they slept?
