I've searched around on the internet for one of these, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for - basically, I want a little form to appear on my blog with Name and Email Address forms, and for people to be able to sign up just by filling in their details and pressing submit. My newsletter system is based within my web hosting, and I'm not entirely sure of its email address...can anyone help??
