Trying times (work centric)

LordLuciusBanter [Edit] [Delete] 13:44, 23 July '08

So I'm quite eagerly trying to find a new job at the moment. This place drives me mad.

Anyway, my boss just informed me that I'm being 'promoted' - I'm not really I'm just being given a better title because I've had the same job title since I started two years ago that in no way reflects what I do any more.

Anyway he told me and went "It'll look good on your CV" and winked at me.

Whilst it will look better, is it a bit backstabby to accept a promotion purely to increase your chances of getting a new job and leaving a month later? I'm morally conflicted
