Everytime i go to confirm my details through paypal or my credit card it takes me back to the "confirm your identity by phone" page. Except i dont have a landline and when i tried using my mums landline and have her tell me the code it kept saying the code was invalid/had expired.

Help please, i have cds to sell, im poor.
