Went to the Metro Centre the on Saturday with my mum, sis her fiance, and two nieces. We were going to have a meal in Wetherspoons (none smoking pub) but cos my sisters arse of a fiance wanted to smoke we ended up going to a place called Ricardo's cos he said it was a great pub and it did 2 meals for £5 but when we got there they weren't doing that deal on that particular day! There was loads of spare tables when we got there which wasn't a good sign!

My mum and the 'fiance' went to a cash point while the rest of us went in for a table, we asked for a table for 5 + a baby seat, they gave us a table for 4 and we had to drag a chair over ourselves. We were looking at the menus while waiting for the others and a guy came over and asked if we had finished with them cos they didnt have enough. He looked annoyed when I said no.

They brought out the starters and while we were still eating them they brought out 2 of the main courses and dumped them down. I was having sausage, gravy and chips, I told them I didn't want the peas so they put salad on instead, on fecking gravy!!! They forgot to write my sisters order down so she had to wait ages for her food so of course when she got it we had all finished. The starter plates were still on the table when we left! The food was crap and we also saw one waiter fall over with plates of food in his hands! The food was crap as well and they forgot to charge for my sisters meal (we had to pay upfront)

And all this because fucking shit head wanted a cigarette!

So if anyone goes to the Metro Centre avoid Ricardo's!

Anyone else endured really bad service?
