Outline your personal exercise regime

- 3 runs a week (approx. 5 miles each time, 30 mins)
- 25 sit ups in the morning, 25 sit ups in the evening, every day
- 20 press ups in the morning, 20 press ups in the evening, every day
- Weights + medicine ball, varied exercises, 30 mins, every other day
- Swimming once a week, approx. 1 hr
