We have people coming tonight to view our flat and oddly enough they are all guys (I live with another female).

I've never really interviewed anyone in this capacity before. What questions should I ask them to ascertain their living habits without coming across as being too full on? I'd like to give them a good proper grilling without seeming psychotic (hold the sarcasm here, folks - am feeling crap today).
