have had both since I was about 10. My sister's fiancee's dad is an acupuncturist and cured her of IBS so I tried him out. started 6 weeks ago and now have absolutely no symptoms. I can finally do exercise without feeling like a spazz and sleep in dusty places without wheezing. i can go to a festival without looking like i've been in a fight! it's amazing and i don't understand it but i really recommend it.
