*On hold for 10 minutes listening to a Keane song on repeat*

"I'm calling from Thresher"

"Pressure"

"No, Thresher"

"Could you repeat that for me?"

"THRESHER"

"...could you give me the first letter please?"

"T"

"Oh you mean Treasure?"

"No, I MEAN THRESHER. T-H-R-E-S-H-E-R"

"Could you repeat that?"

"T-H-R-E-S-H-E-R"

"Ok. Could you hold please"

*back to the Keane song. At this point I hang up*

THEY'RE A HELPDESK FROM THRESHER AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPELL THE FUCKING COMPANY NAME!!
