I had my last day at work today (juice and smoothie bar), left due to the owner being hugely disorganised, never having enough money to pay me in full or on time, he had to borrow £100 from me to pay bills a few weeks go, and he comes across as the loveliest bumbling chap, but he's quite the backstabber - making horrible and very personal remarks about the size of the other girl who works there's figure (bum specifically). We were wondering if that constitutes harassment, or any other kind of improper conduct on his part, to make personal comments of that nature to another employee? Also, I chatted to two past employees about how long it took him to get their final wage packet/outstanding holiday money to them, and it'd appear there's an average waiting time of 5 - 7 months...is this legal?
