I've spent the weekend trying to do a mass clean-up job on my flat and, as a result, I've been using fuckloads of different household cleaners involving various chemicals of various descriptions.

Since last night I've been feeling kind of light-headed, like there's something on my lungs and my concentration seems kind of impaired too.

Should I wait for it to pass, is there a practical self-treatment I can give or should I seek medical attention?
