I cannot find a satisfactory answer for this question anywhere on the internet - psychologicaly speaking, where does the obsession stem from?

Is it simply because men do not have them, and society has deemed their display to be taboo? If we were born into a world where all females strode around topless would that completely desxualise them?

Perhaps its something connected with breastfeeding?

Or maybe that they are just pleasing to feel and touch?
