i keep coming across people who seem to be able to do this.

Say your a 3 piece band, unsigned but popular enough to get £200 a gig. seems reasonable right. So u each get £75 and you do 2 gigs a week. £150 per week, £600 pm. Cant really live of that can you? So then i figure merch sales may add £100 per month max.

You think people do this or am i missing somthing?
