...had a stalker?

A few years back I started getting phone calls from some guy, I had a really good idea who he was. He was a friend of a friend who I'd spoke to on a couple of occasions and the voice was the same. I contacted the police who told me to log all calls. His calls ranged from sexual to threatening and I had a tracer put on my line. He always called from public phone boxes but they were always ones that were close to where his home. This went of for about 3 months and one day he called and asked for a date, the police told me to agree to this.

So the day of this 'date' arrived, here's me standing outside of Mc dees in the pouring rain with fecking police on watch inside other shops etc waiting to pounce. The twat didn't turn up!

Eventually I got fed up of it all and the police arrested this guy without enough hard evidence. He got thrown in the slammer for 3 hours but because he wouldn't admit to the calls they couldn't charge him even though they knew it was him.

Afterwards I heard this guy abandoned his uni course, left the area and the calls stopped. Hmm coincidence?
