Some bird in my office just came out with the random 'fact' (her opinion) that the shooting of the Brazilian man on the Tube was "racist".................that the only motivation behind it......*ahem*

Now, it was unfortunate and a terrible tragedy but it wasnt a hate crime against him was it? The police obviously had (which must of turned out to be false) information on this guy, ergo what happened. Was it just because he was Brazilian?!
