right. i'm trying to lose about a stone. i'm 13'4" right now and want to be about 12'6" or something. (i'm 6'1.5")

anyway, posting here is easier and more accessible for me than most other formats, so i'm going to post updates on my weight in the thread as i get towards towards a nicer weight.

other people: feel free to join in or whatever. we can support eachother and stuff, and making a public commitment to try to do something should help us when we're thinking "should i eat that really shit food now or wait til i get home to have something better" or whatever.

yeah. so i want to be 12'6" by liek ummmm august 12th or something. cool.
