There is, for some reason, a lot of little flies around my sink.

I realised there was a few around the other day and spent ages cleaning everything, but they haven't shifted. Does anyone know a safe way to get rid of them? A spray or something? It's becoming pretty rubbish and I'm quite sure that if I coerce a young ladyfriend back to my flat, it could be quite a negative point.

I will give someone a record if they can solve my problem.
