Apparently, 'Sir' Bob has just said to some reporters that 'there are arrangements to allow hundreds of thousands more people into Hyde Park if they turn up without tickets'.

Erm...how, Bob? Is it a double-decker park now? Are they bulldozing all of London to allow everyone else in? Carpetting over The Serpentine? Why have a freakin' ticket lottery in the first place then, just make it a big free-for-all.
