Just updated to a newer version of itunes, stuck some more music on there, plugged in my ipod...

After letting the ipod finish it's business, I take a little look through to see if everything is now loaded etc.
For example; I click on Botch, all the albums are listed, then I notice Unifying Themes Redux is listed twice. I click onto one of them to see that God vs Science is listed by itself, with the other songs listed under the other.

On itunes i've just clicked on "Album View" under the View section, when I scrolled down to Botch I notice the same thing as on my ipod, that one song listed by itself away from the other songs on the album.

I find this really annoying, all the info is the same as the other songs (apart from track number ofc).
The question is, has this happened to anyone else and how can I rectify this?
