Traditionally, i've learnt through work that today (29th Feb) is the day laydeez propose to their fellas.

Needless to say i'm not expecting a proposal...

BUT girls, there's more. If you're declined, it's customary for a gentlemen to compensate you financially or with a gift!

So propose away, all day, and you're sure to be handsomely rewarded. In some measure at least.
