Double bedroom in modern flat available mid-march (£1,360 pcm)
Very spacious and fully furnished double bedroom to share with young professional in Bayswater.
It's 1 min walk from Queensway and close to transport links [24hr buses, Royal Oak, Queensway, Bayswater]. It's also a 5 min walk from Hyde Park.
In a nice building with doorman and lift, the flat is smart and large place recently refurbished, comprised of 3 bedrooms. Two only are rented, the third one is used for guests. It is fully equipped with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and Internet . The bedroom for rent has a nice en-suite bathroom with shower and toilets and is fully furnished with 2 wardrobes with hanger, a double bed and 2 bedside tables. The block is safe and quiet.
It is to share with a young french professional female working in Finance, working long hours but happy to enjoy cinema, restaurant and glass of wine in the area.
The rent is 1360£ per month and does not include Bills or Council Tax (which is 1100£ per year)
I'm looking for a professional, non-smoker, 25-35 years old. Someone who is genuinely tidy and won't have parties [although friends are of course welcome] and has a pretty chilled approach to life.
The room can be available beginning of march .
