Getting charged £480 for one month is not good.

I used wap a lot over the holidays with my mobile plugged into my laptop, oops. I was supposed to have a 200Mb allowance but it never went through.

£480!!! I can't afford to play that.

Being the kind folk that O2 are, they recognised the problem and fixed it straight away and now I have a bill of around £40 - my usual.

I was bricking it there...when you're £1600 over drawn the last thing you need is a bill for 500 big ones.
