In spite of some seriously inept tactics, (Come on lads, let's just sit and let Tranmere attack us for 90 minutes, we'll not concede 2 goals!) Hartlepool managed to get past Tranmere on penalties to the League One play-off final. Tranmere definitely deserved to win for the way they went at Hartlepool for the vast majority of the game, but my North East loyalties were with the monkey-hangers tonight. Was nice to see them make it through, but I think Wednesday will beat them in the final though...
