so i turn on my laptop, and there's a file that opens automatically when the computer's loading with the title 'British National Party', who i have never had any sort of contact with (thank fuck), or at least i haven't known about it if i have. Although i tried to close the two files that opened up reasonably quickly, i noticed that one was a written file that was essentially a lot of laughing and four-letter abuse. i'm scared shitless.

The computer now keeps cutting off and won't let me open certain pages or sites, e.g. yahoomail, the child health site, certain conversation boxes on MSN...

*whimpers* help...
