I watched it again tonight and it's such a perfectly structured, impeccably acted, emotionally involving movie. But it leaves me with questions everytime (some intentional, some perhaps not so much).

Uplifting or depressing? One man can make a difference and inspire a Native American to run into a forest, but the institution will prevail and they'll cut out your brains.

Misogynistic? Women get a really, really bad rap in this.

Jack = best actor/movie star ever? He's up there with Cary Grant and Brando for me.
