my ex girlfriend rang me up last night. The conversation went as follows:

Her 'Hiya, do you want to go and see Loudon Wainwright in April. He has Rufus and Martha performing with him'

Me: 'Yeah, sounds good. How much are the tickets?'

Her: 'About £25 quid each as its at the Barbican. Do you want me to book them?'

Me: 'Yeah go on then.'

Her: 'We should go for dinner or something beforehand.'

Me: ' Yeah ok. Tell you what, you pay for the tickets and I'll pay for dinner'

Her: 'Really? Awww thats sweet. I'll book them now. Can't wait for this. Speak to you soon!'

Me: 'Ok. Bye!'

I have just agreed to go on a date with my ex-girlfriend haven't I? Dang.
