Mildly blasphemous entertainment

thephotobooth [Edit] [Delete] 15:29, 11 March '07

Yesterday, I was at work (record shop in Cornwall) and a middle aged female vicar came in. She asked for a song called "Let My People Go" as she's doing a service commemorating abolition. I searched for it on the computer, and couldn't find it. She then said, "well it could be called Go Down Moses." So, I typed this in. No results. "Sorry, there's nothing for that."

Vicar: "That's because you've typed in Go Down On Moses."

Oh the shame.

In other news, yesterday I went to a birthday house party, and a girl said "your bedroom is SUPER TO THE X CORE." I have NEVER heard anyone say that! She was like a walking talking Myspace page. I was amazed, that made my night. I think I repeated it to many people after a bottle of red and some black vodka (mmm).
