Does anyone else do this? (i'm pretty sure some of you do!) Do you feel guilty for it? Do you worry about your liver?

I'm starting to worry about the damage I'm doing to myself and want to cut back...but my self control is lacking in this department. Like, this morning I woke up and thought "Definately gonna lay off the booze tonight". And now, with just over an hour to go til I leave work, I'm thinking "I could murder a glass of wine when I get home!".
