but yesterday i got convinced to do one of those 'pampering day' things.

i've been offered this deal about a million times in the past and i've always thought it was probably a bit of a con and just not my kinda thing anyway.

i was with my drama group in the cafe at uni, sorting out the roles for our exam piece and these ladies came around giving us all the sales spiel. straightaway i was like 'sorry, i've got festivals to pay for' but when the price went down to £25 each for the 6 of us and i thought about the fact it included a haircut (which i pay around that for anyway) i thought fuck it! might aswell.

we also get guestlisted at our choice of one of four top london clubs (unfortunately i think they're all the footballers wives type ones) for the evening of the pampering day.
and we got 16 free jongleurs tickets
and 16 free paintballing tickets, though theres no point me playing paintball cos last time i spent the entire time hiding after getting shot in the boob and deciding paintball is EVIL.

i know they charge about a £100 for the pics they take of you but im not really bothered. who wants a glossy pic of me anyway?!

soooo anyone else ever done this? good experiences, bad?
