Prompted by sophias thread.

Whilst working in Europe, I sometimes enjoyed, watching popular dutch tv shows......one of them was fronted by some gurning idiot with a young adult tv audiance, the program was just about getting people (British people) to show bits of their bodies to the camera.

How did he do this......simple he visited holiday spots in Europe, went up to people said
"excuse me are you from UK" when they said yes he would gurn to camera and give thumbs up, then hed ask "do you have nay tatoos or piercings" almost all of them said yes (although I realise they could edit it)

then he'd ask can we see it? .....everyone of them then proceeded to show the camera all their body artwork t**s a***s and front bits all enthusiastically shown off.......the tv audiance loved it.

Many young europeans I met had this belief that almost all young UK women had tattoos somewhere.

How much truth is there in this stereotype?
