ING Direct really take security seriously...maybe

TheoGB [Edit] [Delete] 14:32, 26 February '07

I just had to log in three times to move some money into my savings, and each time involves their complicated login process: Rather than typing in the various numbers and dates by hand you click the numbers on an on-screen number pad. However, it also randomises the number positioning so you have to think really hard about it.

But yeah, it now seems they have something like a 30 second time out so I logged through, got distracted then had to log in, looked at my statement then clicked to move money and it had timed out again.

This seems a little on the insane side. 30 seconds isn't a long time to do anything. Maybe they don't want me to get to my own money?
