there are websites out there to try and get people together to buy property together and get on the property ladder. its a bit strange really but i can see why people would.

what about buying property with friends? I know some folk who have done this, and can see it being quite a good way to stop wasting so much money on rent and try and get onto the property ladder. my boss informed me she reckons she's wasted about 40 grand on rent prior to finally buying a house, thats one hell of a lot of money that could now be part ownership of a house.
