ear plugs. i put some foam ear plugs in last night at 10 when all my housemates still had shit loud music on or were watching the telly with the volume turned up or were running around outside my room or having conversations outside my door. I couldn't hear a thing and slept awesomely. And i was still able to hear my alarm clack this morning.
