I just got this e-mail from ticketweb
Dear Customer,
On Thursday, 12th January, a number of tickets were released for sale in error for the sold out Cold War Kids concert on 15th February at the Camden Barfly, London. As a result unfortunately your booking cannot be honoured, and TicketWeb have refunded your card payment in full.
We appreciate this is very disappointing for you and we would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Although we cannot make any guarantees, should any further tickets or events featuring Cold War Kids be confirmed with Barfly in the future, you will be contacted and given an exclusive opportunity to book.
Your tickets are no longer valid and the barcodes have been cancelled. There is no need to return tickets to TicketWeb, as we will be scanning all tickets on entry to the event.
Once again, The Barfly would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we would like to assure you that this matter is being thoroughly investigated, and although errors are rare, every precaution is being taken to avoid a re-occurrence.
If you have any questions or need further assistance then please contact the TicketWeb Customer Services team on 0870 153 5353 or myself on 020 7691 4244.
Can you please reply to this email and let me know you got it.

If I just ignore it and go would that be bad?
