in work since 5am....and had 4 hours sleep. I eate a cooked breakfast consisting of an omlette, beans, two bangers and a piece of toast. That was about 08:30am
One of my colleagues has gone out to get us some pannini's from starbucks, and a large coffee!
Now I have got a big game of football at 2pm. Combining my lack of sleep and stuffing my face with food this morning....is it possible for me to play well today?
