My body clock is out of synch
.. since I've been in Thailand and well, since I've not worked.
This means I've been up at all hours (either out boozing, or just up online).. and sleeping in until rather late in the day...
I'm starting a shitty contract 3 week job tomorrow but have to be up at 9am.
Any tips for knocking myself out (to sleep, not violently, and not with drugs)...???
ARGH.
I am kind of wide awake now.
