I just went to the toilet. As I entered, a man sheepishly said 'Sorry' to me. I was a bit confused by this, until I reached the toilet itself. The man had done quite possibly the most foul smelling pooh I have ever smelt.

He works behind me. Do I ignore it, even though the smell is haunting me? Or do I suggest he gets help for his rotten guts?
