last night, i heard a great tune in a club, and asked the dj what it was. it was, as i suspected, one of my favourite acts, a new track that isnt out yet.

today i messaged the act in question asking when it was out

they, or their myspace people, replied very quickly, and politely, but asked who the DJ was. i get the impression that theyd want to know cos it isnt released, and they might want to know how it got leaked?

what do i do!?!
ignore one of my favourite acts' myspace message? lie about where i heard it? tell them where i heard it and possibly get people in some small degree of trouble for leaking it?
