i'm looking for somewhere to live in manchester for next year at the moment and, unlike all the places i've lived in before, none of the flats/houses i've been looking at have bills included in the rent.

how much do these kind of things cost on average? i have no idea. £60pw rent for a decent enough flat sounds ok, but if i'm paying loads in utilities then it sounds less reasonable.
