I had it all planned - I was gonna sit down, fire up the gear and record some MUSIC, in the safe knowledge that I can stay up late as I like, because everyone knows you're most creative at 4 in the morning.

But one of my programs has fucked up big time and I can't fix it. Now all I've got is Friday night TV.
