One of my buddies does this. Really annoying. When I write, I tend to sit on 1 or 2 tunes for a VERY long time before I even get to the stage of actually sitting down and recording something.

Case in point - I have finished 2 tunes in one year. And even one of those isn't really done to satisfaction.
